Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Feld Mediation and Arbitration is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to dispute resolution services should not depend on how a person reads, navigates, or interacts with a website. We work to ensure that our site can be used comfortably with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, and other assistive technology.

Standard we work toward

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines are the widely accepted international standard for making web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

Measures we have taken

As part of an accessibility review completed on August 7, 2026, we made the following improvements to this website:

  • Added programmatic labels to every field on our contact and appointment booking forms, so that screen readers announce what each field is for.
  • Corrected the heading structure on every page so that headings follow a logical order and can be used to navigate the page.
  • Added descriptive alternative text to images that convey information.
  • Adjusted color contrast on interactive elements so that text and controls meet the minimum contrast ratio.
  • Tested every page with automated accessibility evaluation tools and resolved the errors identified.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are disclosing them here in the interest of transparency, and we are working to address them:

  • Our online appointment booking system is provided by a third-party plugin. We are continuing to review and improve its accessibility. If you have any difficulty booking an appointment online, please call us at 305.239.2015 or email daniel@feldmediation.com and we will schedule the matter for you.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review this site periodically, and we consider accessibility when we add new pages, forms, or features. No website can claim to be perfectly accessible to every person in every circumstance, and we treat feedback from users as the most reliable signal of where we need to improve.
